The present invention relates to an implantable medical device for collecting and discharging biological urinary fluids, for example an artificial bladder, which by virtue of a multilayer body having a particular shape of the inner surface, allows reproducing the natural organ tissue performance especially in terms of flexibility and consequent variability of the inner volume, further exhibiting high stability and urine resistance in the long term.
