This Chapter advances a Green Deal-oriented approach to IP law, specifically focusing on remedies. After illustrating the international IP law provisions which may be helpful to foster the dissemination of green technologies, the Chapter continues with an overview of their implementation from a comparative perspective between US and EU. Convergences in the remedies deployed to condemn abuses in the enforcement of IPRs are highlighted. The Chapter concludes with three case studies about green technologies.
